1:1 Career Coaching

In this programme across a minimum of 3 months we explore the direction of your career, where you feel most fulfilled and how to feel energised in your day to day. The direction of the sessions is lead by you and what is appropriate at the given time, however, popular topics covered include losing imposter syndrome, better work life balance, creating positive habits for less stress, finding direction in your career and starting a new job with confidence. We will start with a chemistry call so I can understand the challenges you face and you can experience career coaching first hand before making a commitment. 1:1 Career Coaching Packages start from £1200

Be at My Best Session

This is a two part coaching session. The Being at My Best session is an opportunity for you to think back over recent experiences and identify the triggers that have taken you from being 'at your best' into 'just surviving mode'. Here we can identify what the underlying causes are and understand negative triggers. We will also explore the things that enable you to be at your best and stay at your best more of the time - activities, behaviours, mindsets etc. Be at My Best sessions start at £200

Intensive Coaching Day

This is a chance to devote a whole day to connecting with your goals and ambitions in your business, work or life. Join me in rural West Yorkshire for a 1:1 day of goal setting, coaching exercises, delicious working lunch and walking and talking on a ‘coaching in nature’ session. Spending time in green, open spaces has huge positive benefits on our mental health, as well as our physical health, and getting outside on a coaching day can help you to overcome anxiety, let go of perfectionism, experience mindfulness and gain fresh inspiration.
