I specialise in coaching managers and leaders to become more confident and to think more strategically and creatively.

With 9 years experience in people management, I know what works to make individuals, teams and organisations work smarter. My background in sales makes me a confident, dynamic and engaging presenter, and my experience ranges from leading small team coaching sessions to speaking as an HR industry thought-leader at global, online events. I bring my passion for learning, personal development and helping professionals thrive to every workshop I create.

I believe in empowering people to come up with their own solutions to step out of their comfort zone for greater development.  I love to get creative in my sessions - I've been know to make people draw on paper plates that were balanced on their heads, to taste crisps with the wrong flavour and do quick-fire art - all to inspire ‘out of the box’ thinking!

Thinking in the past, future and present can all have benefits, and pitfalls. This workshop helps participants to catch their thoughts across different timeframes and learn how to reframe negative thoughts that are unhelpful or limiting.

Be at my best team workshop

To work effectively as a team, it’s important for colleagues to understand that everyone reacts to situations differently and has different triggers. This workshop helps teams become more conscious of one another and lays the groundwork for creating an environment where everyone can be at their best more often.

Chase feelings, not promotions

The day to day feeling your employees have at work is much more long-lasting than the temporary buzz of receiving a new title, promotion or pay-rise. This workshop creates an action plan for creating day to day satisfaction at work, ultimately leading to increased performance and excellent staff retention.

 

Giving, receiving & seeking meaningful feedback

Feedback is essential for a workforce to constantly develop and learn. This interactive workshop teaches a solid framework for giving safe feedback, with little room for misunderstanding. This is especially beneficial for newly promoted managers, who may be managing teams for the first time.

To have personal vision is in line with having mastery of your skills. This session helps employees to identify their personal vision and see how it fits into the wider context and purpose of the company.

The science of making art to be business smart

This workshop explores the science of neural pathways and why we do the same things over and over again. We use art techniques to explore creative thinking and bring thoughts to life. Read more about my Coaching with Art workshop.
