How to tackle stress (in these uncertain times)

Throughout the last year, I have heard the same statement over and over again from my coaching clients: “I feel so stressed”.

Work and home life can both make us feel overwhelmed and anxious at times - and especially now that so many of us are working at home. Typical stress triggers are: a feeling of insecurity, being out of control, feeling overburdened with tasks and deadlines, experiencing change and lacking support. Almost all of us have experienced some of these triggers since the Covid-19 pandemic began, which means most of us will have experienced some form of stress.

To help you get through this, I’ve put together some tips on how to stress less in life. There are lots of different ways to reduce stress and it’s important to find one that works well for you, but all these ideas can be easily incorporated into your daily life.
