THE CAREER REMOTE CONTROL
The Career Remote Control focuses on putting the control of your career in your hands. There are ‘buttons’ to explore Discovery, Reality, News. We explore narrative of stories and use the volume and brightness buttons to put focus on the areas which best for your transferrable skillset.
In each section of the program we look at things to ‘stop’, ‘pause’, ‘fast-forward’ and press ‘play’ on to create meaningful actions on your career plan.
DISCOVERY
The first stage of the program is to do a deep-dive to discover what you like, dislike, what skills you have, what skills you want to perfect, what skills you want to improve. We will explore motivations, life stages and aspirations. Using this deep-dive audit we start to look at career options which are possible for you and how to feed into your curiosity about what can be next in your career. This stage of the program brings clarity, structure and focus.

REALITY
The second stage of the program will explore your current reality and put a strategic plan together of how to close the gap between where you are now and the ambition to where you want to be. During this stage you’ll feel motivated, confident and inspired on what you want from your career. You will build your self-belief, sort out any mindset blocks getting in your way and have clear thinking.
NARRATIVE
The last part of the program we will work on your voice and how to stand out in a crowded career market. This helps future employers and/or clients to know why they should partner with you. By this stage, you will feel so aligned to what you want you’ll become super-focused on seeing the results.
We will have explored ‘turning up the volume’ on the parts of your skill-set you can shout about and ‘turned up the brightness’ so others can see you shine in interviews, pitches, networking events and meetings.

This program is adaptable to various industries and career levels. Lucy will conduct personalised assessment to understand your unique context, and the content is designed to be flexible, ensuring it aligns with the specific challenges and aspirations of each participant.

Good question - it can be either based on your location.
In-person coaching is from Holmfirth or we could agree on a suitable location depending on your location near Wakefield, Huddersfield, Leeds or Manchester.
Alternatively it will be virtual via video call. Both ways get the results!

You will have a four month coaching partnership with Lucy.
This will be a combination of bi-weeky 1:1 coaching calls, a CV, LinkedIn and business instagram audit, structured frameworks & brainstorming worksheets, email and whatsapp support within business hours .
The program follows a flow of exploring the reality, skills, interests, passion and values audit. The program develops a pan of career option exploration. There is also exploration of your circle of influence and networking. -
In full the cost is £999. Or you can buy using two payments of £650 which the first is taken up front and the second after 2 months.
